If you go in the Town Hall's 2nd level, it is a Trade Sign Shop!
It is very similar to ChestShop but you don't need a chest to put your stock in, but instead the sign carries your stock and when the stock is gone, you break it and re-write it or maybe you can right click with more stock?
Well, it's pretty cool and it's a way to earn money!
