Injured my tailbone :(

I was having a shower, then my towel fell, then I slipped and I landed right on my tailbone, I tried to hold onto something when I started falling but I couldn't and I kicked the shower door open and I hit my rib cage right on the hot water knob and gave me a bruise. Now its hard for me to stand up and sit down
